We at Renegade Transportation Service are proud to announce the modification of our shipment tendering process to a never tried before automated system
by any company. In partnership with Real Time Freight Services (RTFS), a leading technology provider for the transportation industry, Renegade Transportation Service will be initiating an automated web based portal system to communicate available loads from direct shippers and brokers to you. Access to this portal is free of charge
for shippers and Transportation Company’s, and with your approval you will be fully trained on the use and advantages of this service. If you wish to receive this invitation to this new automated system send an email to Charles at centraldispatch@renegadetransportation.us and request your invitation!
Starting March 19, 2010 we will be sending out invitations by email
(invite@realtimefreight.com) from (RTFS) Real Time Freight Service. Once you receive the email follow the instructions below to get your account set up. The set up of your account plus training should take no more than 30 minutes. With your help we hope to have you ready with your direct connection to our shippers by the end of next week. By accessing this portal you will not hear that this load is gone or you have not been in business long enough! As a carrier you acknowledge that all information contained is confidential and remains the property of Renegade Transportation and Real Time Freight Service. It will be used solely for its intended purpose by Renegade Transportation and Real Time Freight Service, not to be distributed or published without the prior approval of the trucking company to Renegade Transportation Service and Real Time Freight has been obtained.
By accessing this invitation and using this portal you understand everything from posting shipments, transporters biding, accepting shipments, Confirming shipments, dispatching shipments, and bookkeeping with payments to transporters will be done threw this new automated system!
Carrier Set up Procedure:
1. Open email (invite@realtimefreight.com) and in the center of the email body click on the long blue link.
2. Once directed to the login page, click on the “click here to register” link that is directly below Renegade Transportation Service logo on the left hand side of the page.
3. Fill out the registration form and create a new username and password (usernames must be min of 6 characters long).
4. Once you submit and agree to the terms page you then will fill out your Insurance information. Click submit once you’ve completed your information.
5. At the Login Verification page please select the company type that suits you best.
6. You will now be directed to your mandatory online training video. You will be asked to verify your information and then the training video will walk you through the system.
7. The last page is designated for email alerts. Fill in the best contact email and make sure you select the 3 available check boxes. This will allow you to receive emails from Renegade Transportation Service and Real Time Freight Service that indicate new posted loads, modified loads or if you received or lost a load.
