Renegade Transportation is hereby exercising our freedom of speech rights and letting every trucking company we have in all our systems know what a ripoff TBS Factoring is! We will continue letting every trucking company know about TBS Factoring till this matter is solved one way or another!!
If you are a client of TBS Factoring, LLC, I would think twice about staying with them before they treat you like they have done us! I would also recommend that you cancel any contract with TBS Factoring and find another factoring company.
TBS Factoring has ripped off Renegade Transportation by breaching our contract with them and not factoring Renegade Transportation's BOL'S and when Renegade Transportation canceled the factoring contract by fax and phone and demanded they return BOL'S they would not factor they refused to return them.
Renegade Transportation talked to an attorney and was told they have the right not to factor BOL'S but they do not have a right to invoice any company's if they do not factor and pay the trucking company. The lawyer told Renegade Transportation that when the cancelation was faxed that TBS Factoring had no further right to invoice and hold any BOL'S of Renegade Transportation according to Law!
We hereby thank TBS Factoring, LLC for putting us out of business so you could make a percentage of our money they did not earn!
