Q: What types of payment does Renegade Transportation Inc accept?
A: Renegade Transportation Inc accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover for payment, which is to be submitted at the time your shipment is picked up. (Payments are paid by paypal)
Q: Will this cost me a lot of money?
A: More and more people every month are deciding to ship freight with us as opposed to driving it themselves. If you calculate the costs of gas, food, sleeping accommodations, and the time spent planning and actually making a long distance move, you will see that transporting your freight with Renegade Transportation Inc is less costly and far more efficient.

Q: Can I specify a pickup and delivery date?
A: Generally, we require a seven-day window for pickups and deliveries. For a fee, Renegade Transportation Inc offers date-specific pickup and delivery.
Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Dispatch times vary depending on origin and destination locations. For an accurate transit time quote, please call 1-785-250-6777. It is important to remember, drivers are limited by law to a specific number of miles and hours per day. Other variables that may affect transit times include deliveries along the way, severe weather and road conditions.
Q: What is the process if there is damage to my shipment upon delivery?
A: Please call the offices of Renegade Transportation Inc immediately. In most cases, we have only 30 days to file a claim and if not reported to us within 30 days we cannot offer assistance or be held responsible for any damage that might have occurred.
Additionally, you must clearly indicate any resulting damage that occurred during transport on the "Bill of Lading" or delivery receipt issued by the driver at the time of delivery.
Q: Can I pack personal items in my shipment?
A: This practice is discouraged. Additional items may shift during transit, damaging the shipment. Renegade Transportation Inc is not liable for any damage caused by additional items during transit. Additional contents may also block the driver's view when loading your freight or add additional weight to the shipment.
Q: Does Renegade Transportation Inc ships inoperable or unusual vehicles, motorcycles and extra parts?
A: Yes. Renegade Transportation Inc regularly ships motorcycles and inoperable vehicles and specializes in shipping unusual vehicles, including exotic, specialty and classic automobiles. Inoperable vehicles must roll and steer and can be shipped for an additional $100 fee. Extra parts are accepted on a case-by-case basis, and an additional fee may apply.
Q: How can I track my shipment or get a shipment update?

Q: Will I need to deal with Customs when shipping freight overseas?
A: Our company can arrange to have a clearing agent handle Customs and government entities over in other countries. You may also handle this on your own if you choose to.
Q: Will there be International port and clearance charges?
A: Yes, most countries usually charge fees when importing freight. You may also have to pay additional taxes depending on which country you ship to.
Q: Is my cargo insured while in transit overseas?
A: Shipping companies are liable only up to $500 worth of damages. It is important that you insure your freight, either getting full coverage or total loss. Full coverage covers your cargo and the shipping expenses, where as total loss only covers the freight.
Q: How will my cargo be shipped?
A: You can ship your cargo either via container or, if transporting a vehicle, a roll on/roll off vessel.
